Return Policy

We try to provide our best services. Your complete satisfaction is our major priority. However if due to some situations if you select an item and you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you just need to notify us by sending mail or via telephone Please enclose your original invoice as proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and you will be notified by email by when your refund or exchange has been processed.

No exchanges or returns are offered on sale items.

Return Policy:

• The 30 days of replacement guarantee is available to all products sold.
• We cannot accept returns under certain conditions as follows:
• If you notice any physical damage on the product and not informing our customer care immediately from the date of delivery.
• Return of opened package will be accepted only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you

If item in damaged condition?

if you have received a damaged Product or it does not match the description provided by us, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for a return authorization approval prior to sending an item back to us for exchange or return, we will not accept the item if it is without approval for exchange or return authorization

We will replace all the items within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost. If your requested replace item is out of order than we will provide you an option of choose an alternative item without any shipment charges. If you don’t want to replace item then we refund your full amount without any deduction but we will not return shipping charges.

We will not return the item with the reason that does not look like a picture we display in website. Some variation in products is acceptable.

The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. Branded packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.


How do I cancel an order?

You are allowed to cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. We will refund your entire order amount .if the cancellation is made after the product had been shipped, you can do one of the following:

a) If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact customer support and inform them about your intention.
b) If the delivery fails within the specified deadline, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded to the user.
c) If the user places the order and due to some reason (unexpected lack of inventory or any other reason) we are not able to ship the product, the order will be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
